Cherished Pet Memorial on Slate - Personalized 4x6 Stone Plaque for Pets

I have loved all of my pets just like you and miss them dearly. So I came up with a way for you to keep your cherished pet memorialized and part of your family with a favorite image printed on slate. This memorial is printed on actual stone and will last indefinitely. The size is approximate. 4x6 inches and .25 inches thick. Photos are high-fidelity images rich in color and detail. So please send the best image you have. Each stone is unique with its natural rough stone edges. The Memorial comes with black plastic base supports for easy display. 

After you order please send us your high-resolution photo (and your quote if applicable) with Etsy messages.

HOW TO ORDER
1. Select personalization text. Enter the name you would like. Including dates if needed.
2. Choose a style A or B. 
3. Add to Cart/Check out 
4. Choose a quote (1-9) or send us one of your own. Let us know when you send your photo.
5. Send us your high-resolution photo via email : chuck.gaudette@gmail.com
