Photos need to be high resolution. Email your photo to chuck@soverypersonal.com and include your confirmation number. You can send multiple photos and we will select the one that reproduces the best. We will contact you if there are any concerns regarding your photo quality. It's important that you send your photo within 24 hours of placing your order. Items leave the facility ON or BEFORE the 'ship by' date listed on your invoice unless I need to change the "ship by date" due to unforeseen circumstances (snowstorms or hurricanes that delay the post office from delivering, items are out of stock, printing facility temporarily shut down, etc.)



CANCELLATIONS 
Cancellations ARE ACCEPTED within 2 hours of purchase. Due to the made-to-order and custom nature of this item and limited warehouse space, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If your sign arrives damaged or defective in any way, I will replace the sign for free. I'm sorry but I do not give refunds.
